Reservations and events
We use your name, email, phone number, preferred date, party size and message to process your request, reply to you and organise your visit. This information remains in our team’s protected area. Confirmations and cancellations are sent by email.
Specific information
Provide only the information needed for your visit. For dietary or accessibility needs, you can also contact the restaurant directly. Avoid sharing detailed medical information in a form.
Newsletter and applications
The newsletter requires your explicit consent. To withdraw it, email info@spinella.ch. An application prepared on the website opens your email app: it is only sent after you take action there.
Service providers and payments
The website, database and emails use Lovable Cloud. Any payments take place on Stripe, under its own privacy information. The website does not store your payment card numbers. Links to social networks, Google Maps and review platforms open their respective services.
Cookies and audience measurement
Essential features use cookies or local storage for your language choice, consent choices and session. The application’s audience measurement tags are enabled after your consent. You can revise this choice at any time using the button below.
Culinary adviser
The adviser may process your messages through Lovable’s artificial intelligence service to answer based on the menu. Do not share sensitive personal data there. The displayed conversation history remains temporary in your browser.
Access, correction and retention
Contact info@spinella.ch to request access to your data, correction, deletion or withdrawal of your newsletter consent. Retention depends on processing your request and the applicable obligations. Exact retention periods, providers’ processing locations and transfer safeguards are subject to further validation by the restaurant.
To limit abusive requests, a pseudonymous fingerprint may be renewed daily from your network address. Reservations and event inquiries do not store the raw IP address. The hosting provider’s technical logs follow its own policy.
